THH Engineering is led by Thomas Hoffmann, a graduate of Germany’s Fachhochschule für Technik Esslingen (University of Applied Sciences), bringing a strong engineering foundation combined with over 30 years of experience in custom machinery, robotics, and automation systems.
His work focuses on developing practical, buildable solutions that meet real-world production needs. He is both a visionary and analytical thinker, combining innovation with hands-on engineering to solve complex challenges and deliver effective automation systems.
He has extensive experience in concept and proposal development, system design, and leading cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams. Projects are driven through structured planning, clear communication, and disciplined execution—ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, and cost.
